The Master Grampy Startup Competition launches five new businesses inside the Master Grampy Hub in Corpus Christi. Winners receive one year of rent‑free space, mentorship, film integration, and a role in the emerging SkyPort economy tied to the DM‑TDC coastal grid.
This competition powers the BAP America mission: Build local talent. Launch small businesses. Prepare communities for advanced air mobility.
A micro‑kitchen or food concept serving families, creators, and future SkyPort passengers.
A youth and community program feeding into MITI’s AAM workforce readiness pipeline.
A community activation engine running events, outreach, and SkyPort education.
The in‑house content partner for the studio, the film, and the SkyPort rollout.
The digital backbone for AAM tools, MITI tech, and SkyPort community systems.
Each winner receives:
Applicants submit a one‑page letter sharing their story, concept, and why they want to build inside the Master Grampy Hub.
Entry Fee: $25
Food: Cook a signature dish.
Fitness: Teach a 10‑minute class.
Event: Run a mini‑activation.
Film: Produce a 60‑second story clip.
Tech: Present a prototype or concept demo.
This round is filmed and becomes part of the Master Grampy story.
The finalists present live during Corpus Christi Business Startup Week.
The final is filmed for the new Master Grampy / Danny McQ movie. Winners are announced on stage.
